Gênero, Maternidade e Docência: um estudo sobre a saúde mental de mulheres no contexto da pandemia

Abstract

The research aims to analyze the conditions experienced by mother teachers in the context of remote work, resulting from the Covid-19 pandemic, paying attention to the mental health of those women. The descriptive exploratory study was carried out through the application of an online questionnaire sent to elementary school teachers in a city in the interior of the state of Paraná. From the responses issued by 113 teachers, it was possible to build an analytical text in dialogue with other research based on the theme. It was identified that the pandemic generated social, political-economic and psychic impacts on the experiences of teaching mothers, changing the ways of living and relating.
