This study aimed to map the spaces that promote pedagogical practices to combat gender-based violence against black women at the Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of Rio Grande do Norte (IFRN). Theoretically, we used Gonzalez (2020), Costa, Lima Neto, and Thomas (2024), Costa and Lima Neto (2024), Costa (2022), Franco (2016), Veiga (2011), Araújo (2014), and Araujo and Frigotto (2015). The research occurred in two phases: the first involved the application of a Google form. In the second phase a documentary analysis of the mapped spaces was carried out based on Discursive Textual Analysis (DTA). Nine spaces were pointed out, and the ones selected to this study were the Diversity Observatory, the Center for Gender and Diversity Studies (NEGêDi), and the Center for Afro-Brazilian and Indigenous Studies (NEABI). These centers are part of the institutional policies to promote equality and diversity in IFRN. The analysis of these spaces allows us to understand them as territories of resistance. They represent the possibility of building a more dignified and fair school environment for black women, whose experiences are marked by the intersections between racism and sexism.
