Abstract

Socio-spatial segregation, intrinsic to class society, is intimately connected to a multiplanar pluralism: cultural, social and legal, among others. In this way, the center-periphery logic derives the city into many, which are subject to different realities and dynamics. Legal pluralism, therefore, reveals itself as the intransigence of the sometimes opaque spaces to the norm emanated by the State, since it lacks logic or material coherence.
