Primary oral manifestations resulting from Behçet Syndrome (BS) and Addison Disease (AD) may be the first important signs for an early diagnosis. This study aims to discuss the main oral manifestations, diagnostic methods and treatment of BS and AD. Characterized as a narrative review of the literature through scientific articles published between 2012 and 2023 and disseminated in Portuguese, English and Spanish, through the PubMed, SciELO, LILACS, BVS and Google Scholar databases, from the crossing ofdescriptors in Health Science (DeCS)“Behçet's syndrome”, “Addison's disease”Oral Manifestations”, “Oral Cavity” and “Dentistry” withtheboolean operator “AND”.In BS, oral lesions such as recurrent aphthous ulcers are frequently observed, and these ulcerations can affect the intestinal, genital and ocular regions. AD, on the other hand, comprises melanotic anomalies in the buccal or lingual region, associated with hyperpigmentation, in addition to having adverse symptoms that can be fatal for patients. In this context, it is extremely important to identify the clinical signs of these syndromes so that early treatment can be carried out and that clinical evolution and favorable prognosis of the patient occur.
