Based on History of Linguistic Ideas and materialist Discourse Analysis approaches, this article proposes an analyse of Pajubá-Portuguese vocabularies in travestis sex workers' testimonials, amidst reports from late 1980s. The hypothesis is that these vocabularies put into circulation yet invisible meanings (sens), as linguistical, urban, relational knowledge of monas. By analysis, we aimed to investigate how visibility to the life of a travesti conflicts with the visibility to the language, in introdutory texts, definitions and examples.
