Abstract

In the current text I seek to reflect, from my personal experience, about the pedagogical practice in the museum. Throughout the text I present some reports and chronics formulated and based on Primary and first grades elementary school groups´ visits in the National Museum from UFRJ by the project The Mysterious Museum Box. The reflection proposed aims to think about the pedagogical practice in these spaces at a threshold view, encouraging to think about the pedagogue formation beyond the borders of school, considering dialogues with other educational spaces, such as, museums. Regarding threshold as flow, movement, shifting. I understand the concepts of threshold and border introduced by Jeanne Marie Gagnebin based on Walter
Benjamin.
