Abstract

The original economy of the Wampís nation generates a conflict and a clash in the construction of economic alternatives because the two systems are at opposite poles. That of the Wampís nation is basically one of reciprocity and solidarity, an economy of the Gift, while in the conventional system this practice is almost nil and has become a system of global domination and appears in humanity as a giant whirlpool hole with imam that draws people from all cultures of the world and without exception towards the dehumanization and inevitable destruction of nature.
