Abstract

This essay analyzes teacher precarization, manifested as a structural and multidimensional injustice resulting from educational neoliberalization. It argues that labor justice is not limited to material redistribution but also demands recognition of work value and effective representation in political decisions. The concept of "Decent Work" is criticized for its ambiguity and insufficiency to confront this market logic. The study concludes that only a structural transformation that rescues professional autonomy and dignity can lead to emancipatory justice.
